The best thing about this good small and beautifully restored hotel is its beautiful location near Fort Kochi, all attractions and the center of Fort Kochi. For tea and goodies visit Loafer's Corner cafe, located close by.

The location was perfect, situated centrally close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We were able to explore the Chinese fishing nets and enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the area. The hotel staff were welcoming and arranged currency exchange and transportation for us. The room we stayed in had polished teak floors and a four-poster bed with a mosquito net, adding to the charm of our stay. The air conditioning worked well, providing a comfortable environment. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and friendly service.

I got neat and unique room with lovely antique furniture. Although some of the staff were not particularly helpful, I had a really great stay.

It was in the heart of Kochi, and right at Aspinwall House Event Venue. We had a LOVELY and gorgeous breakfast with chef who is flexible. The staff was welcoming and courteous, everything was great.

All the rooms are modern on a practical note and the staff is consistently courteous. The location is excellent and unbeatable, to the waterfront where you can watch the famous Chinese Fishing Nets operate in the evening or early morning.

Had very comfortable stay in this fascinating town. There was a new-fashioned room on a practical note. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. And it was not very far from Fusion Bay, ate there couple of times.

The hotel has marvellous location not far from beach, synagogue, church, restaurants, shopping and taxis and touristy things to do. Vintage room, that also was spotlessly clean with peaceful seating areas on balconies.

Quaint hotel, staff were knowledgeable and the location was magnificent near all the boutique shops. Location: the venue was not far from the two tourist areas of Fort Kochi, the Fort Vypin-Fort Kochi ferry and St Francis Church. It was good to be 1 km away from Sutra, serving short-orders...

Overall a really unforgettable experience, would recommend this hotel to all.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, which was ideal for exploring the charming Fort Cochin area. It was conveniently situated near tourist sites, ferries, and an array of restaurants. The hotel itself had a touch of faded grandeur and our beds were really comfortable. The rooms were compact but well-appointed, with ensuite facilities and plenty of storage. The courtyard garden was a lovely addition, and we enjoyed the plunge pool for cooling off between side trips.

The shower water temperature was cold during our early morning start.
